We have been to all the main islands multiple times but this was our first time staying in Ko Olina. By far our most favorite place. The rooms were perfect, clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Lanai was perfect to relax after a long day out and about. The pool/hot tubs were a perfect temperature. The lagoons helped me relax on the beach while my kids played in the water without a worry.. running along the trails that went up along the 4 lagoons was breathtaking. We loved that we could park our car in the garage and walk to restaurants. Was perfect!!!

Would stay again. Beautiful property with direct beach access. Owners were very responsive and helpful. The condo was very clean and modern. Kitchen has everything you need. Bedrooms were roomy and bathrooms were very modern. Amenities are one floor away which was great if you like to use the gym and pool areas.
Amazing Condo

I am so glad I chose this condo. I was hesitant since it does not have an oceanview but a poolview. The poolview is of the "quiet pool", which is fabulous. This condo has everything! All the utencils, plates, pots, pans,cutting boards, glasses, cups, wine glasses etc. The place is nicely furnished, the beds are comfortable. There are plenty of bath towels, beach towels, cooler, beach chairs, kids sand toys. Seriously everything you will need to enjoy the beach! You will not regret renting this unit.

This is the way to go for top notch service! From the front desk, to the concierge that greeted us and showed us our room. To the friendly staff all over the place! This company is the best. Condo was so well equipped….we did not want for anything. Would highly recommend to anyone that is thinking of going to Oahu. Wish they had more properties.
Excellence across the board

This unit was clean and extremely well outfitted. From the reusable bags to the file cabinet of appliance documentation to the abundance of food storage containers, this place had everything we needed and more for a great vacation. Additionally, our greeter Tess, was simply amazing. She got us an accessible parking spot for my disabled mother in law and was available for any and all of our questions about the property. When we return to Hawaii we will definitely contact Ola Properties for our accommodations.

Wonderful

Perfect for our family of four. Loved the view overlooking the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was very useful to have the beach chairs, lots of large towels, and even a large bag available to carry things to the beach or pool. Very secure building. Only slight issue was the location of the parking spot for our rental car on the opposite side of the complex. Also appreciated the very fast responses to any inquiries.

Nice unit, responsive representatives, master bath cabinet has a loose door, great location to lap pools. Would have liked easier access to food - only pizza and hot dogs available for purchase. Suggest possibly replacing cushions on lanai. Overall relaxing stay.

First time on Hawaii

The condo was absolutely terrific! Everything was very clean throughout the grounds and in the condo. There were lots of beach toys/ chairs/ snorkeling gear to enjoy down by the gorgeous water. Would highly recommend!!
Very spacious rental

Very spacious for a family of 5, the lagoon was in walking distance and all the Kolina markets and eating places very close! There is no restaurants on property but you can walk to other properties to eat or doordash
Beautiful Condo

Greg met us upon arrival and had pure aloha spirit. He gave us all the information we needed and more. The first day, parking was confusing, as it was in a separate building. But after going in and out once, it was a piece of cake, and within a 3 minute walk. The elevators were always quick. The condo itself slept 6 comfortably. The unit had everything you’d need, for your stay. Beds, even the pullout sofa, were comfortable. There was an adequate amount of beach chairs and coolers. The lanai was so relaxing. It was a 1 minute walk to the pools and 3 minutes to the beach, which was never overcrowded, even for peak season. Well-with the money. Thank you for a pleasant stay.
Paradise at the Beach Villas

We always enjoy our stay at the Beach Villas. Beautiful landscape throughout, plus the private beach front bar, and direct access to the lagoon and sunsets. 4 stars only because we did not have an ocean view; the view of the Beach Villas landscape from our lanai still beautiful!

Very nice. This was our third or fourth stay at the villas, and all have been enjoyable. When we called about maintenance issues, no one responded for several days. A second call was responded to promptly, and the problems were fixed. There were no grilling tools available. When we asked the front desk about this, they said we were not looking in the right place but to call them if we could not find them. We looked further but did not find any. When we inquired again at the front desk, they said they did not have any. Front desk staff either lied to us or were uninformed.

Wonderful Vacation

Our family vacation was absolutely perfect and just as relaxing as we hoped it would be! Ko Olina Beach Villas proved to be a wonderful destination for families. Our kids enjoyed the pools and Lagoon access just outside the resort. Ola Properties made the reservation process simple. Jordan, our Ola properties rep, was available to answer questions throughout the duration of our stay. We will definitely book through Ola Properties in the future!

We really enjoyed our recent stay in this villa! It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to be comfortable during our visit. We love that the entire property is so well maintained and that it never felt crowded around the pools and other common areas. Even though this unit overlooks the quiet pool, the management ensures that the pool hours are followed and it was not too noisy to enjoy time on our lanai. One thing to note is that due to the configuration of the building, you will hear noise from the other units which was only an issue on one evening when someone blasted their music and it echoed throughout the complex. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the shaded lanai in the mornings, both of the pool areas, picnics on the grass by the lagoon and the beautiful sunsets. Ko Olina is paradise, and this stay was a perfect way to experience everything this area has to offer. Be sure to book a sunset sail at the marina and enjoy a Mai Tai at the pool bar! We will return again.

Wonderful Accomodations at a beautiful resort

We couldn’t be happier with our stay at this beautiful location. Our family of 5 (kids ages 15, 12, and 10) began our holiday with a stay at the Disney Aulani resort next door for the first 4 nights. While we thoroughly enjoyed the Aulani resort, 4 days was enough to get our fill of the busy resort and it was so refreshing and relaxing to come to the beach villas. OT 224 was a wonderful and spacious 2 bedroom unit in comparison to the smaller 1 bedroom villa at the Aulani for a fraction of the price. The unit was well stocked with beach chairs, toys, towels, pretty much anything you need for a day at the beach. There is not an ocean view for this unit, but the view of the quiet pool and beautiful landscaping was wonderful. We loved that we could venture out on a day trip and come back at the end of the day and relax like we were at home. I would highly recommend staying at the Beach villas resort (make sure you have a rental car)! We will certainly stay here again on our next trip to Oahu. Thank you Ola properties!

I have been visiting Hawaii since the 1980s and this has been my favorite location so far. Staying in Ko Olina with its beautiful lagoons, convenient access to Kapolei, and wonder amenities at the Beach Villas has convinced me to never stay in the Honolulu area again. Blayne and the rest of Ola Properties management team were terrific from the initial booking all the way thru our return- they were both friendly & professional. Mahalo & see you all next time!

Awesome Stay!

Overall our stay was awesome. I would like to take a moment to mention one of your staff members, Chris Miles, for his great attitude and even greater service. My wife and two young daughters were locked outside of the gates on the beachside after a night walk. I alerted the front desk agents and one male employee stated that they couldn't do anything and that my family would have to walk around the villas. I was concerned because it was dark and my wife was alone with my daughters. Chris told me not to worry and that he would walk me through the locked gates to retrieve my family. Chris provided the highest form of customer service and I felt that he should be recognized. Mahalo, and we are looking forward to using your services again soon.
Washington Huskies Vacation

We were in town to watch the Washington Huskies and Hawaii football game and spent the week at this resort. The location was great and quiet. The kids loved the lagoon and the snorkeling was some of the best we had during our trip AND it was safe for the kids. Room was beautiful although next time we will spend the extra to get an ocean view. We had a 2nd floor unit overlooking the Adult pool area. It was very quiet and the Lanai area was very large and comfortable. We enjoyed having some quiet time in the adult pool away from the kids. The other pool was fantastic and well maintained and the kids had a blast. Only negative we had was parking. Our parking spot was on the other side of the complex a couple levels down in the parking garage making coming and going cumbersome especially with gear or groceries. Staff was friendly and will definitely be back. I would not rate this a 5 star as it lacks some of the amenities (food/entertainment/service) that others would have. Common areas were a little dated but still very nice.

We had a very lovely time at the Ko'Olina Beach Villas. Everyone there was very kind and helpful! It is a very secure feeling having people that will be there for you with all kinds of advise for every question we had. We both felt that this property is managed very professionally and well maintained. We were very happy with our suite and the view. The amenities were top notch and it was a nice surprise to find that the unit had all kinds of water and beach equipment! Nice Touch!! The beach villas are a great place for a family vacation. The beach is quiet, the pools are immaculate and the place is spacious and convenient. Highly recommended to make a stay in Ko Olina, a perfect little getaway and yet close enough to Honolulu for the occasional visit!

We had a wonderful time on Oahu and absolutely loved the beach villa we stayed in (OT-224). Monique from Ola Properties was very helpful with the check-in and check-out processes as well as with helping my mother-in-law with the tv and her departure arrangements. We are already missing the lanai and the beautiful lagoon.

We want to thank Jackie for our late evening check in & for showing us how everything worked. Thank you Debi for all your help. We would definitely stay at the condo again. It was so much better than a hotel. It was nice and quiet. The place was everything we expected and more. For those silly people who complained about washing towels. They knew when they booked there was no maid service. Besides the washing machine does all the work. It was nice to be able to have a breakfast and a occasional meal in. The lagoon was always quiet. The fish were awesome. We got to see the turtle too.
