Ko Olina Beach Villas B610

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our daughters. The resort was fabulous and we absolutely loved the views from our balcony! We loved snorkeling in the lagoon, watching the sunsets while listening to the live music, and the pool. Everything in this condo made us feel welcome and comfortable. We cannot wait to come back.

We have stayed at Ko Olina condos multiple times. This was one of two condos we rented for a three-generation family vacation in Hawaii. This condo has the most spectacular view I have ever seen. The sunsets are unimaginable. We were right over the bar and most nights, live music and tiki torches added to the enjoyment. Our three-year-old grandson said, "I love this time of night :)" It had plenty of beach towels, chairs, boogie boards and everything else we wanted for ocean play. We are going back again next year and would love to get this view, with two king beds. As far as the resort, the kids LOVED the pebble pool. Every afternoon our whole family had bar treats and they were ceaselessly accommodating. It was never overcrowded. We saw a turtle in the lagoon in front of the condos 🙂 The only negative, the lounger cushions are showing their age. The small negatives: The deck furniture is showing its age with some of the wicker unraveling. The two single beds in one of the bedrooms are very awkward accommodations for anyone above a 10-year-old. Our family has been vacationing in the Ko Olina area for 25 years. It is every special to us and NEVER fails to delight all ages.

Second time staying at Ko Olina Beach Villas. First time in the Beach Tower. As close as you can get. The views will be what will stay with us. Beautiful unit accommodated four adults and two children with ease. Unit was fully equipped with everything you needed for a trip down to the lagoon or preparing a meal and staying in. As always, Ola Properties were top notch in their service. If we stay on Oahu, we stay here. And will use no one but Ola Properties. Only one thing to remember. It is facing the beach, so remember to use the blinds to keep the sun to a minimum and keep the unit cooler. Other than that, great stay

The Beach Villas condo 610 in the beach tower was an amazing place to stay! The view was gorgeous, the condo was beautiful and the location was awesome. I will definitely be back!

This was our second time staying at the Ko Olina Beach Tower, although first time staying with a flawless view of the Pacific. We love the location as it allows for great morning walks along the waterfront path, great beach area, the gym is well equipped, the grounds including the pools are well kept. Roys restaurant is just down the street - which is very nice. The unit 610 is lovely - with the main attraction being the balcony. The BBQ’s are cleaned daily and in good shape. Would definitely visit again.

While all the units appear to be similar in terms of layout, construction and material, you'll find great variances in the views. The views from BT-610 were amazing: not just a fully ocean facing view but 6 floors up which affords you a truly panoramic view of most of the 4 lagoons and surround landscape. You sit just above the palm tree tops so sunsets are unobstructed. You looked down and across to either side and can see all 4 lagoons (with #4 being the slightest view). But you will not be disappointed in the views. It's just captivating. Beach Villas is a residential condo but set up like a resort. Meticulously maintained and serviced with a bar area near one of the pools. BBQs are available and the units are condos so you have fully equipped kitchens if you decide not to spend $400 eating out for dinner every now and then! Each unit is individually owned so specific sundries and supplies are per the owner. My one suggestion would be to provide more quantities of supplies for guests with longer stays. We started to run out of laundry detergent (they only leave you a small refillable bottle) and had to ration it towards the end of our week.

The Beach Villa's has always been a favorite. Stayed in all tower's on different varies occasions. We actually live here on Oahu but do stay vacations. Our most recent stay was truly the BEST!!! I now only want to stay in the Special unit. Just to sit for hours just looking & hearing the beauty of Hawaii was memorizing! I felt like this was my Home!

This is our 4th or 5th stay at the Beach Villas - we love it! Unit 610 is clean, taken care of and has beautiful views. We had a couple of maintenance issues and both were promptly taken care of by Ola Properties. We will return!

If you want the BEST view of the ocean, lagoon, beach, This is it! We rented 609 and 610 at the same time for my family. We spent most of our time on the Lanai because it was so awesome. Sunsets were ones that you could say to yourself, Am I in Heaven? Now for the property managers, OLA Properties: They ROCK. We have stayed at this property in different areas and they have always been responsive and helpful each and every time. You definitely need to go with them instead of others. We look forward to another trip soon. Thanks Hawaii, OLA and the owners of the unit 610. The real rating would be 4.5 stars here and the only reason for that is that the furniture on the Lanai needs to be updated. We spent so much time there and it would of been nice to have newer furniture, BUT, The View made up for it. If you have any questions or need pictures, please let me know

Ko Olina Beach Tower 610 was the perfect location for my family's first trip to Hawaii! The views from the 6th floor balcony (lanai in Hawaii) were amazing, as both bedrooms and the living room/kitchen area have access to walk out and experience the lapping waves and refreshing breeze. All the amenities were perfect, with both a regular coffee maker and Keurig, as well as wine chiller, double dishwasher, subzero frig/freezer, drawer-style microwave, blender, InstaPot, you name it! The room is even equipped with an Alexa! The stacked washer/dryer made it easy to get some items clean after hiking and beach time. Ample towels (bath, beach, kitchen), toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion), paper goods (tissues, paper towels), and cleaners (dishwashing liquid, dishwasher powder) were also provided. There was even Tide! Controlling the lights took a little getting used to, as the "switches" are a style with rows of lights that we've never seen before, but we figured them out. The unit also has beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrella, and a cooler for use. The location was the best part, as this Ko Olina property enjoys access to the least crowded lagoon in the row. The properties on either side (Marriott & Four Seasons) were much more crowded, but we never had a problem finding a serene, uninterrupted spot on the beach. Yes, there are no beach chairs to rent so you have to carry your own from the room, but to us it was so worth it! The market and several restaurants are a quick 15 minute walk, as are the marina and Paradise Cove Luau. I highly recommend both (sunset catamaran cruise was AMAZING!). Parking was underground with three reserved spots and easily accessed from the elevators. Pools and hot tubs were lovely and never super crowded, and I never saw anyone reserving their chairs with a towel! Several restroom options both by the beach and inside the pool area, and great service at the pool bar. If I had to list anything negative, it would be that the living room furniture needs to be replaced soon. The khaki couch and rattan chairs have seen better days, but are still functional. We never spent much time watching tv anyway, not with those views from the lanai and all the activities we had planned! Final thoughts- if you enjoy being a bit "away from it all" then the Ko Olina area is perfect for you. We traveled to the Honolulu/Waikiki areas several times and they are super crowded! You can drive the entire island in about two hours so we took full advantage of our rental car and explored the entire coast, North Shore to Hanauma Bay. We were so glad we didn't stay in these more crowded areas as we don't enjoy being squeezed into a tight spot at the beach (as at Waikiki). Expect heavy traffic on all three major highways (H1, H2, H3) in early morning (5am-7am) and late afternoon (3pm-6pm) due to the military personnel. Only a minor inconvenience and I've experienced the same in any major city, just something to be aware of if you're on a tight timeline. We traveled in a group of five (my parents, husband, and 16-yr daughter) and had an amazing trip, but the Ko Olina Beach Tower made it perfect!! Would definitely return and recommend!

B610 was a fabulous place and Ola Properties did a great job helping us through arriving and with a few problems/questions we had. The unit was clean and the furniture is in good condition. Beds were comfortable. A few beach things to use in the closet. The kitchen was well equipped. You can't beat the view and it would be hard to go to another unit after this one. There was a problem with the main air conditioning unit the last night that wouldn't correct, but it worked out fine, just a little warm. The floor plan offers great privacy. Beach Villas is beautiful and all the people who work there are wonderful.

Aloha!! our family of 4 (includes children in early 20's) recently spent 9 nights in this unit -- January at its best!! the unit is gorgeous -- just like the pictures -- the views are spectacular!! direct beachfront -- very relaxing!! the unit was very well stocked -- plenty of towels, starter supplies -- very spacious -- the lagoon was very relaxing and never very crowded -- good restaurants nearby -- our favorite was Monkeypod Kitchen -- Pizza place was good too -- easy to drive to Diamond Head and Honolulu (we went on a Sunday am to avoid traffic), North Shore, Pearl Harbor -- be sure to allow plenty of time to relax and enjoy this beautiful unit and beach! Ola Properties was very good to work with -- Monica met us upon our arrival and showed us around the unit -- Blayne was extremely helpful both before and during our stay -- one thing -- if you are looking for waves this may not be the beach for you -- its very calm....and very very relaxing! this was a great company to work with. they had everything arranged, and very helpful check in process. When we arrived we had a large fruit basket waiting for us along with very helpful information. The only problem with our stay was that it was not long enough. We LOVED the amenities at the Beach Club, the sunsets on the lanai, the sounds of the ocean, the beautifully tended grounds and pools, it was a wonderful vacation. The folks at Ola Properties saw to it that all of our needs were taken care of. We will be back!
