Eight gourmet salads grace the menu, perfect as an appetizer or for those craving a lighter, more refreshing meal. For a taste of Italy, try the caprese salad with organic Mozzarella di Bufala flown in fresh from Italy. The crab salad with avocado and bacon is also a favorite. Dinner mains include fresh fish and seafood dishes, steaks, veal, lamb, and pastas, among others. Longhi’s Ko Olina is located in the Marriott Ko Olina Beach Club in Kapolei at 92-161 Waipahe Place. They are open Sunday-Thursday from 7:30am-9:30pm and Friday-Saturday from 7:30am-10:00pm. They offer a daily happy hour from 3pm-5pm.
